  • Take and defend depositions
  • Present witnesses at evidentiary hearings
  • Attend meetings and court hearings
Requirements:
  • Admitted to local and state bar associations
  • Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills, as well as time management and interpersonal skills
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
  • 5+ years of probate, guardianship, and adversarial estate litigation experience or sufficient competence to perform the role autonomously
  • Ability to take a file from start to finish independently
  • Membership in The Florida Bar
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
