Work Schedule: The position requires flexibility, with shifts available Monday through Saturday, varying based on the needs of youth and families. Availability for summer and school break programs is essential.

Physical Demands: The role necessitates the ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with physical activities such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health sector, particularly with youth and families.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain appropriate vehicle insurance.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are required.
