About the Role

You will undergo training and work remotely, committing to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. This position is initially temporary, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage customer interactions via phone, addressing inquiries related to billing, technical issues, and content-related questions.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and relatable manner for all users.
- Gather and relay user feedback to relevant departments to enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work within our Customer Care Department hours.
- Proven track record of being goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to provide solutions while assisting remote customers.
- Strong interest in technology and quick adaptability to new tools.
- Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk.
- A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
