Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine testing and maintenance tasks, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and record all data.
  • Develop skills in non-standard testing and area-specific expertise.
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, solutions, and instruments.
  • Interact with production personnel and management.
  • Manage your own shift and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Technician or lab familiarity.
  • One year certificate from a college or technical school with a focus in a technical discipline.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective listening skills.
