Senior Scheduling Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduling Manager to lead our Industrial and Water projects. As a key member of our Project Controls team, you will be responsible for overseeing critical path method scheduling, master schedule baseline development, and tracking project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain master schedule baselines.
  • Track project deliverables and monitor physical percent complete for key projects.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against established baselines.
  • Assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
  • Report status of schedules to project and company management, as well as to clients.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction scheduling experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience directing scheduling functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
  • Working knowledge of standard cost control methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (P6 ideally).
