Mission:

To conduct engineering assessments, address operational challenges, and provide guidance on best practices throughout the tendering and project phases, supporting the Project Operation Manager in achieving project goals in alignment with established plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project documentation, identifying discrepancies and recommending enhancements based on insights from marine operations management.
  • Facilitate communication with Client Representatives and subcontractors.
  • Monitor work progress and site conditions, promptly notifying of any potential alterations to project timelines or execution strategies.
  • Support the Vessel Management Team during project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to contractual and technical specifications.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the execution of diving operations, pre-commissioning, post-trenching, and hook-up activities.
  • Provide operational insights and support to onshore project teams.
  • Collaborate with Installation Engineers during the preparatory, mobilization, and installation phases.
  • Review installation methodologies, loadout, and seafastening plans for offshore transportation to guarantee safe and timely installations.
  • Ensure the completeness of materials and consumables lists, coordinating with the Project Coordinator for timely procurement and delivery.
