Key Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
- Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
- Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure quality care delivery.
- Facilitate communication of patient information among assigned staff and across shifts.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.

- Compensation: $42 per hour
