Your Role as a Line Cook
As a full-time Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality. Your daily tasks will include:
- Setting up various cooking stations and stocking necessary supplies.
- Preparing ingredients by cutting, chopping, and mixing.
- Cooking meals using various methods such as grilling, frying, and sautéing.
- Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
This position typically requires a 5-day work week, including evenings and weekends. We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, are organized, and can work well in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook or equivalent culinary background.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
