- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with medication management, including refills and patient education.
- Monitor and respond to patient requests, assigning tasks to team members as appropriate.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Preferred experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing within the last two years.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including EHR systems.
