Penn State University's Department of Biobehavioral Health invites applications for multiple ongoing, full-time, in-residence, academic year (36-week), non-tenure track Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor positions to support our undergraduate curriculum.

About the Department

The Department of Biobehavioral Health is a large, vibrant, and uniquely multi-faceted program that examines the space where biological, psychological, environmental, cultural, and global factors converge to affect health and wellness across the entire human lifespan.

Job Responsibilities
  • Instruct six sections of BBH course offerings per year
  • Be involved with service to the department
  • Participate in department initiatives
Requirements
  • Hold a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Biobehavioral Health or a related field
  • Have instructional experience in areas related to BBH
  • Be able to work effectively with diverse populations and audiences
