Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Tasks

  1. Thoroughly clean all guest rooms, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that all areas meet our high standards.
  2. Loading carts with supplies and cleaning all rooms as trained, while maintaining a timely and efficient workflow.
  3. Restocking guest supplies and maintaining a well-organized linen closet.
  4. Completing daily tasks by 4:00 p.m., adhering to established deadlines.
  5. Reporting any maintenance issues to your supervisor or team leader.
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including carts and storage areas.
  7. Unloading carts and returning items to their proper storage locations each day.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organization and dependability are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals is required.

Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • 50% walking and standing.
  • 50% bending.
  • Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Hearing and manual dexterity.
  • Use of cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
  • Occasional use of a golf cart.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $28-$40 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
