Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean all guest rooms thoroughly, paying attention to detail and ensuring that all areas meet our high standards.
  • Load carts with supplies and clean all rooms as trained, maintaining a timely and efficient workflow.
  • Restock guest supplies and maintain a well-organized linen closet.
  • Perform daily tasks by 4:00 p.m., adhering to established deadlines.
  • Report any maintenance issues to your supervisor or team leader.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including carts and storage areas.
  • Unload carts and return items to their proper storage locations each day.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organization and dependability are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals is required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • 50% walking and standing.
  • 50% bending.
  • Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Hearing and manual dexterity.
  • Use of cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
  • Occasional use of a golf cart.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
