Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through inbound and outbound phone calls to warm leads. Your primary goal will be to provide a white-glove experience to our customers from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send Daily Reports: Send out final key metrics from the day before each day, including competition updates.
  • Track Sales: Keep track of each sale made by inside sales and ensure Pro Support uploaded the Verbal Agreement.
  • Schedule Sales: Assist in scheduling 50% or more of the team's sales by adjusting routes, calling technicians for same day requests, and trimming down routes to adhere by all scheduling rules.
  • Monitor Sales: Keep track of all sales scheduled for the current day, and call any technician who is behind on their route or may have missed an appointment to make sure it will get serviced that day.
  • Reschedule Jobs: Investigate and reschedule any initial job that wasn't completed the previous day.
  • Design Presentations: Design slides for incentive and competition presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Pest Routes Scheduling Knowledge: A complete understanding of Pest Routes scheduling rules and details is necessary, including how to move, reschedule, or cancel jobs, and how to adjust, build, or delete complete routes.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be detail-oriented and responsible, able to show up on time and exterminate the team's scheduling mistakes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in person and over the phone are required to communicate important information to Field workers and Field Managers, and Customer Experience Agents.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including calculating simple formulas, creating pivot tables, and creating limited reports is necessary. Excellent knowledge of Power Point or Google Sheets is also required.
