Job Summary:

Axelon is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze training materials, including books, videos, and other multimedia resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of our training strategy to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Design and deliver training presentations and visual aids to engage and educate our employees.
  • Provide training and coaching to individuals and groups to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime to support our business needs.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college-level courses in a related field.
  • Previous experience in training and leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
