Host Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at The Brass Lantern. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas
  • Provide accurate wait times and ensure guests are seated promptly
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • Process payments and reconcile cash drawer

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
