Quality Assurance Manager

Machina Labs, a leading smart manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing quality systems that ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain quality procedures and systems to ensure compliance with AS9100D certification requirements.
- Analyze and report findings of production customer returns and internal rejections.
- Create and own the Quality Manual and related documents.
- Follow-up and verify the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal personnel for quality-related issues.
- Perform audits of suppliers as needed.
- Conduct technical and statistical studies to improve quality processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality-related policies and procedures.
- Review processes and documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in a quality management role.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management System environment.
- Ability to create and edit quality procedures using PC software.
- Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent).
- Experience in a quality manager/engineer role at an AS9100 Certified facility.
- Managed or participated in the certification process of a facility from a registrar to a recognized specification.
- Prior participation in lean, safety, and compliance activities.
