Experiential Marketing Producer

The Experiential Marketing Producer (EMP) will collaborate closely with the Account and Experiential teams, serving as the primary onsite agency representative for clients. The EMP will oversee the execution and management of the programmatic elements of client accounts, ensuring that strategies are implemented punctually and within financial parameters. Furthermore, the EMP will lead and guide onsite teams, promoting effective communication and teamwork between the agency and the client. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Insight

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's sector, offerings, and services
  • Design and oversee tailored programs for clients

Account and Project Oversight

  • Conduct research and gather information for planning and proposals
  • Facilitate communication with the logistics team and other stakeholders

Event Coordination

  • Act as the onsite liaison for clients and vendors
  • Manage event setup and teardown processes

Administrative Duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in motorsports or marketing
  • Capability to operate various vehicles

Travel Requirements:

Supervisory Duties:

  • Manage event support personnel, contractors, and seasonal staff

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve operating company vehicles and heavy machinery, as well as walking significant distances, lifting heavy items, and working in diverse environments.

The noise level and working conditions may vary based on the location, ranging from a moderate office setting to bustling event venues.
