The Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll drive new business growth by selling Colossyan's value proposition, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities in Mid Market and Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
You'll report to our Head of Global sales and collaborate closely with our BDR team and functional teams, particularly Marketing and Product.
Opportunities will arise from:
- Marketing Team via direct booked demo, inbounds worked by the SDR Team, events
- BDR Team via cold outreach
- Product Qualified Leads
- Yourself
Responsibilities
- Own the sales process from prospecting to close
- Be a consultative partner to provide prospects best AI video creation practices
- Manage inbound from our Directed Booked Demo and generate pipeline from our hand-raisers via the product
- Continuously gather and synthesize product feedback from customers; make product recommendations based on this feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- We seek candidates with 3+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience and 1+ year selling to enterprise customers (1,000+ Employees)

Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
