Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including DEA and state pharmacy board requirements.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and at least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
  • Licensure and Certification: Active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed, and immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of pharmacy staff.
