Position Overview – Senior Accountant
If you are a skilled Senior Accountant with a robust background in inventory and costing, seeking a collaborative atmosphere within a dynamic global organization, this opportunity may align with your career aspirations.
This hybrid Senior Accountant position offers flexibility, allowing for in-office work at the corporate headquarters in Charlotte, with additional options at various locations in the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and variances.
- Provide valuable business insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the monthly financial closing process and reconcile inventory accounts.
- Support monthly forecasting efforts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to enhance control efficiencies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
This role requires a high level of collaboration, thus the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA or CPA is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting.
- Proficient in Excel and Inventory Management Software.
