  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for all members, complete downtime tasks assigned by management, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandise Sales: Promote and sell in-store merchandise, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other front desk staff, management, and members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: A positive and upbeat demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Responsibility: Punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Certifications: Preferably certified in CPR/AED, and prior experience in sales within a retail environment is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor Environment: Indoor environment within the Retro Fitness Outlet, with varied working hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Reporting to: Retro Fitness General Manager.
