Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account Configuration and Structuring: Formulate and execute strategies for organizing bank accounts to maximize cash management efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Process Optimization: Regularly assess current treasury processes and systems, pinpointing areas for enhancement and executing initiatives to boost efficiency, precision, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, legal, and IT teams, to fulfill treasury objectives and support broader organizational aims.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate and mitigate treasury-related risks, such as cybersecurity threats, liquidity challenges, interest rate fluctuations, and counterparty risks, by establishing robust risk management frameworks and monitoring systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, focusing on bank account structuring and treasury operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with treasury management systems (TMS), property management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong grasp of cash management principles, banking products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

COMPENSATION

Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in New York City is $130,000- $155,000 plus bonus. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, including the relevant market and the skill, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
