Key Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will engage with clients to help them achieve their human capital goals, directly impacting a growing organization. Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including human resources
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action
  • Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines

Compensation and Work Model

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annualized USD. Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
