Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments.
- Assess patient needs and respond to emergencies, referring to physicians as necessary.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
- 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a transplant or critical care setting.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
