As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide hands-on personal care to our patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care. You will also take and record vital signs, perform simple procedures, and assist patients with medication administration. **Responsibilities:**

* Provide personalized care to patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care
* Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
* Perform simple procedures, such as changing bed linen and assisting with dressing
* Assist patients with medication administration
* Report on patient condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager

**Qualifications:**

* Certified by the state as a nurse aid
* Meets the training requirements and successfully completes them
* At least 18 years of age
* Possess and maintains current CPR certification
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
