Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Medical Dosimetry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiation oncology department, you'll play a crucial role in designing treatment plans and performing dose calculations based on the Radiation Oncologist's prescribed course of radiotherapy or brachytherapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Radiation Oncologists
  • Conduct dose calculations and ensure accurate treatment delivery
  • Manage patient data and treatment records
  • Assist Radiation Therapists in simulation and setup verification
  • Collaborate with Medical Physicists to ensure quality management practices
Requirements
  • Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Medical Dosimetry Program
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • ARRT Certification or Board Eligibility
  • At least 36 months of clinical medical dosimetry experience under the direction of a certified medical dosimetrist or medical physicist
  • Completed 24 CE credits approved by the MDCB
