Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to work with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • A current RN license in the State of Kentucky
  • BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $30.00 - $43.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
