Role Overview
As the Lead CT Technologist, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring efficient workflow, timely patient care, and high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily CT operations and report unresolved issues to the Clinical Coordinator.
- Ensure timely patient throughput in the CT department.
- Maintain effective communication with Radiologists and the Clinical Coordinator.
- Perform all CT procedures efficiently, ensuring high-quality imaging.
- Manage supply orders within budget constraints.
- Train and orient new staff, providing progress updates to the Clinical Coordinator.
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff and patients, reporting incidents as necessary.
- Lead by example and maintain professionalism.
- Ensure timely breaks and lunches for staff.
- Foster teamwork within the department and the broader hospital.
- Participate in performance improvement plans specific to Radiology and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Oversee accurate documentation of procedures.
- Maintain departmental productivity and act as Lead Technologist in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator.
- Manage administrative software applications.
- Ensure consistent workflow, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Maintain logs and accurate records for the CT department.
- Assist the Clinical Coordinator with employee evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Current ARRT registration and Computer Tomography certification required.
- Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
