Job Title: Inventory Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Controller to join our team at Restaurant Depot in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, including product rotation, shrink, cycle counts, and gross margin percentage calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Monitor and analyze inventory turnover and gross margin percentage
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures
  • Collaborate with senior store management to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
