The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Research Associate in the Protein Science group to design, perform, and optimize assays to measure biochemical parameters. You'll work closely with other departments to drive the characterization, validation, and optimization of antibodies against various targets.
Your responsibilities will include generating antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates, engineering and expressing recombinant proteins, and designing and optimizing molecular, cellular, and biochemical assays.
Qualifications- BS or MS in biological sciences or a related field, with at least 3 years of wet lab experience
- Experience in mammalian cell culture, protein expression, and antibody expression
- Proficiency in molecular and cell-based techniques, including protein/antibody purification and flow cytometry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear presentations and electronic notebook entries
- Rigor: decisions based on data, not authority or wishful thinking
