Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team, responsible for safely loading, unloading, driving, and operating company vehicles to meet mobile app-guided destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport scooters to high-demand areas
  • Support logistics and operations with fleet deployment, staging, and collection of scooters
  • Conduct regular quality and performance checks on scooters and company vehicles
  • Perform basic scooter diagnostics and follow company procedures for repairs
  • Ensure all docked and warehoused vehicles are charging according to safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish shift goals

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Two years of driving experience
  • A smartphone and comfort with mobile apps
  • Ability to lift 80-90 lbs.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English
