About the Role

Charter College is seeking an experienced Admissions Representative to join our team in Reno, NV. As an Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for handling all types of inquiries received by the college, including telephone, direct mail, and internet. This role requires a proven ability to control a call in a professional yet conversational tone, building relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Listen and create rapport to identify opportunities for prospective students' education and career development
  • Schedule admission interview call appointments
  • Conduct admission interviews over the phone, in person, or by video
  • Enroll qualified applicants
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 2 years minimum work experience in a sales calls related environment
  • 2 years minimum work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales)
