CJL Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian (RD) / DTR professional to join our team of experts in clinical nutrition consulting. As a key member of our team, you will provide nutritional education, counseling, and interventions to patients in long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical nutrition and dietary management support consulting services
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual quality assurance reports
Lead nutrition at risk meetings and provide clinical nutrition interventions and care plans
Complete quality assurance audits to ensure regulatory compliance for state/federal survey preparedness
Participate as an essential Interdisciplinary Team Leader within each account
Communicate with facility representatives for coordination of care and services
Complete nutrition assessments and MDS sections
Participate in weekly team calls and complete QA data
Requirements:
Registered Dietitian (RD) as per Commission on Dietetic Registration
Computer experience is preferred and PointClickCare experience is preferred, but will train
