About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team at Advocate Christ Medical Center. As an Imaging Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate radiographic technique and position patients using immobilization and support devices to ensure optimum film quality.
  • Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable, computed radiography, and PACS equipment to ensure quality examinations.
  • Adhere to department standards of radiographic quality.
  • Deliver patient care and in accordance with department standards of continued quality improvement.
  • Ensure a secure and safe patient and work environment by maintaining continued awareness of safety hazards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
  • Current RT License in the State of Illinois by IDNS/IEMA.
  • Current ARRT Registry/eligible.
  • Basic Life support (BLS) required.
  • New Grads welcome to apply.
