Marketing Manager Role

SAA, a pioneering architectural and design firm based in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand forward.

**Job Overview**
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for SAA's architectural and design services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for SAA's architectural and design services.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with our brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to enhance marketing output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget for optimal spending and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.

**Requirements**
To perform this job successfully, you must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, excellent leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.

**Benefits**
