Job Title: Dental Care Coordinator

About the Role:
Simply Dental Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, working closely with our dentists and other staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical and dental histories
• Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing treatment plans, and tracking patient progress
• Coordinate with dental insurance providers to ensure seamless claims processing
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA and infection control standards

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework or dental assisting experience a plus
