- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of relationship management and account development.
- Skills: Strong facilitation skills, ability to influence customer decision-makers, and experience coordinating and determining a focused sales strategy.
- Attributes: Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork.
- Work Schedule: Traditional Monday through Friday, 5pm, unless operations dictate otherwise.
- Travel: 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with frequent sitting and occasional standing.
