We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist I to join our team at MLee Healthcare. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.
- Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results, contributing to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, documenting procedures, equipment settings, and patient information.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of imaging quality and patient care.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines, minimizing exposure risks for both patients and staff.
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- Washington State Certification as Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Radiology Technologist, with proficiency in X-ray, CT, and MRI procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
