At Johnston-Willis Hospital, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a challenging leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in our Medical Care Unit. In this critical position, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting your team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions during the designated shift. You will work collaboratively with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, experience in medical-surgical nursing, and a commitment to our care-like-family culture. The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
