Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including study setup, participant recruitment, and data collection.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional support to investigators and research staff, including training and education on research protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records, including study protocols, participant information, and data collection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or nursing.
  • 1 year of directly related experience in clinical research coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
