Job Summary

Advanced Catastrophe Technologies is seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the disaster recovery team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with disaster relief efforts and ensuring the efficient completion of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform essential cleaning tasks for fire, water, and mold damage, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high productivity levels, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Assist in training general labor personnel on-site, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead and coordinate team efforts under the guidance of the Crew Chief, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
  • Arrive punctually and as scheduled for work, demonstrating a strong commitment to reliability and accountability.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in manual labor, with a strong background in construction or restoration work.
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with a team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Background in construction or restoration work is advantageous, with a strong understanding of industry standards and protocols.
  • Current passport and valid driver's license preferred, with the ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks, with the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Additional requirements may include prolonged standing and potential extended stays at job sites, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
