Pine Street Inn is seeking a skilled Program Training Manager to support our Programs and Operations divisions. The successful candidate will lead and develop internal resources to help employees improve and deliver upon our commitment to serve our guests and community. Key responsibilities include creating, developing, implementing, and facilitating department-specific training and development programs for PSI employees. The ideal candidate will be a creative person who enjoys teaching and creating training tools and guides to help PSI staff understand our mission, policies, and procedures. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant training experience, 3-5 years' experience administering, developing, and presenting employee-focused trainings, and strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of operations in a shelter and housing environment, exemplary customer service skills, and experience working with the homeless population. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with all members across the organization and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salary is $69,932 annually DOE.
