We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathologist to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a key member of our pathology department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely diagnoses in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Key Responsibilities- **Pathology Expertise**: Provide expert-level diagnoses in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, with a focus on complex resections and non-GYN cytology.
- **Frozen Section Coverage**: Participate in frozen section coverage and attend fine needle aspirations for adequacy assessment.
- **Clinical Lab Management**: Contribute to clinical lab management and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with a team of 6 general Pathologists and 2 Pathology Assistants to oversee two community hospitals and several critical access hospitals.
- **Board Certification**: Board Certified in Pathology with training in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
- **Subspecialty Training**: While not required, subspecialty training in Cytopathology or GI Pathology is highly valued.
- **Leadership Skills**: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a willingness to participate in clinical lab management and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
