About the Role

\

The Government Affairs Manager II will lead Boundlessfellows' state and local government affairs in the western region of the United States, overseeing engagement with state and local elected officials and other key stakeholders. This role requires strong relationships with policymakers and a deep understanding of state and local lawmaking and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Craft and execute legislative, regulatory, and political strategies to achieve state and local policy goals
  • Educate state and local policymakers on the value of our business to their constituents and the e-commerce landscape
  • Represent Boundlessfellows in western regional trade associations and industry coalitions
  • Build third-party allies to support strategic policy objectives
  • Collaborate with the Policy & Government Affairs team to drive key legislative strategies forward
  • Monitor legislation and regulatory matters and advise the company with respect to policy challenges

About You

\

You have 5+ years of state or local government, policy, or corporate government relations experience. You have established policymaker relationships and can confidently interact with elected officials and executives alike. You thrive under pressure and can balance long- and short-term priorities to deliver results.

What We Offer

\

Boundlessfellows provides highly competitive compensation and benefits packages. For this role, the estimated salary range is $173,000 - $192,000 USD (WA), $166,000 - $184,000 USD (OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI), and $149,000 - $166,000 USD (all other states).
