We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at More to Say, LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families.
Role OverviewIn this role, you'll be responsible for assessing and addressing the communication needs of children with speech, language, literacy, fluency, and/or feeding disorders. You'll work closely with families to develop personalized home education programs, ensuring that each child receives the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Main Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services for children with speech, language, literacy, fluency, and/or feeding disorders;
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
- Develop and implement individualized home education programs tailored to each child's unique needs;
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development;
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and camaraderie among colleagues.
- Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution;
- Current CT state licensure and CCC/CF certification;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to children and families.
