Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

At TWO95 International, we are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and developing business processes related to IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business requirements and objectives
  • Review, analyze, define, and document business functions and processes
  • Develop alternatives and make recommendations to enhance and/or streamline processes
  • Translate business requirements and processes into system requirements
  • Write functional and technical documents and specifications
  • Ensure system design fits user needs and requirements
  • Assist with defining user stories and test scripts
  • Facilitate and participate in user focus groups
  • Provide or participate in testing, training, and communications activities

Requirements:

  • Recent experience (within three years) in performing duties within PeopleSoft HCM environments
  • Thorough knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
  • Thorough knowledge of either Performance Management or Talent Acquisition Management
  • Active Security Clearance (Public Trust of higher)
