Compensation:
$20.53+/hour based on experience
Harbor Crossing is actively seeking Healthcare Support Specialists (Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide) to join our Assisted Living team. A CNA certification is not required for this role.
Current Openings:
Full Time or Part Time AM (6a-2p),
Full Time or Part Time PM (2p-10p), and
Part Time NOC (10p-6a).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as scheduled and collaborate with other Resident Assistants to ensure consistent care.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Support residents with mobility through various methods (e.g., gait belts, mechanical lifts).
- Ensure residents receive care with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants without experience.
- Alignment with the mission and values of PHS.
- Willingness to work every other weekend and on scheduled holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
