Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to enhance our sales operations by serving as a vital resource for improving sales office practices. This role offers the opportunity to establish and implement effective strategies while collaborating closely with the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for relationship-building and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels, including phone outreach, email communication, social media engagement, and participation in industry events.
  • Contribute to local social media marketing initiatives by coordinating with the corporate marketing team, developing content calendars, and assisting in campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, producing regular reports to track sales performance.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support Account Executives with project estimations, pricing, and proposal generation, while assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Monitor online platforms for upcoming bidding opportunities and collect relevant bid information for CRM entry.
  • Assist in the organization of job bookings and modifications, ensuring accurate documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Engage in customer qualification efforts by researching and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Support the service sales team in renewing service agreements and maintaining a list of relevant associations and events for participation.
  • Help coordinate logistics for customer events, including trade shows and sponsorship activities, while managing booth operations during events.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the Oregon branch.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2-4 year degree.
  • Experience in marketing or social media is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a demanding workload.

Working Environment

Our workplace is alcohol and drug-free, situated in a standard office setting. Physical requirements include routine sitting, lifting, bending, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
