Developmental Disabilities Specialist

At Sevita, we're dedicated to providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with facility and day program staff to ensure consistency and effective service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on individual programming and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and address any discrepancies or conflicts between programmatic, medical, dietary, and vocational aspects of client care.
- Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and one year of experience in direct service with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of ICF rules and regulations is preferred.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package.
