Weekend Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Commonwealth Home Health. As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working a flexible schedule from Friday to Monday, 7am to 6pm.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate total care plans with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of patient care.
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, develop plans of care, and submit accurate documentation in collaboration with physician orders.
  • Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer sources.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
